Shipping FAQ
1. How are my prints shipped?
- Unframed Prints
All unframed prints will be rolled and sealed in sturdy tubes. Prints will be shipped using SingPost's SpeedPost service and you may track your order using the tracking number issued to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number, please email us at support@thebbirds.com.
- Framed Prints
The corners of each framed print will be protected with a cardboard corner protector, and the entire frame will be wrapped securely in plastic wrap. Framed prints are hand-delivered to minimize the possibility of damage.

3. Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we do. For unframed prints, we pack up to a maximum of 3 prints in a tube, with the tube being able to accommodate the largest print of the 3.
4. What are your domestic shipping rates for unframed prints?
The rates below are for locations within Singapore only.
For shipping in Singapore:
Each framed item will be charged at a flat rate of 10 USD.
5. Can I expedite my shipping?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, if you do have to ship your print urgently, you can communicate your request to us by emailing support@thebbirds.com.
6. Do you ship internationally?
- Unframed Prints
Yes, we ship internationally! Some of these locations include:
North America: Canada and USA
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
Australasia: Australia, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa and Thailand
- Framed Prints
No, we currently do not ship framed prints to locations outside of Singapore. We are working on changing that in the future though!
7. When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Domestic Shipments (Valid for Singapore)
Unframed Prints
Unframed prints will be shipped within 5 business days of your completed order and we will email you a shipping confirmation once your prints are on their way; prints should generally arrive 1 to 5 days after they leave our printer.
Framed Prints
Because we customize each print and frame, the delivery of framed prints takes slightly longer than unframed prints. Framed prints will arrive approximately 2 weeks from us receiving your order. The great thing is, we will personally deliver this right to your doorstep. Await our email (followed by a call if we don’t get a response from you) to fix a date for the delivery!
- International Shipments (Countries other than Singapore)
Our international shipments for unframed prints follow our local shipping process. However, actual arrival timing may vary due to differing local mail and customs practices. That said, the typical arrival time is 3 – 4 weeks.

8. What if my print was damaged during shipping?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact support@thebbirds.com as soon as possible. We require proof of damage (a nice digital photo will do the trick) and for the damaged print to be returned.
We’ll replace your print as soon as we receive the necessary evidence (see above). However, as all prints are part of limited editions, we will not be able to replace damaged prints if an edition has sold out. If you received your print damaged AND the edition has sold out, we’ll be glad to fully refund both the cost of the print as well as the associated shipping costs.
9. What if my frame was damaged during shipping (Singapore only)?
Damaged frames will be replaced at no additional cost. We will even arrange for the damaged framed print (please provide both frame and print) to be picked up from your given address!
10. What if my print is lost during shipping?
Your print may take some time to arrive, especially if it is being shipped internationally. See here for an estimate of when your print should arrive.
If you have not received your print within 7 days of the estimated arrival period:
Please check with your local post office to see if your print has been delivered to the correct address. If your local post office is able to confirm that your print has been lost, we will gladly send you a replacement if the edition has not ended its run. However, if the edition has sold out, you may request for a refund of your purchase.
